Following a review of the 2008 National Carnival program it has been determined that the finals will now be played on Wed 19 Nov

(ie the Grand Final and Consolation Final).

Therefore, the carnival will be conducted between Sun 16 and Wed 19 Nov followed by a practice day for the Combined Service squad (Thu 20th) and then a match against an ACTCA XI on Fri 21 Nov 08.
